The Role

The Finance Business Partner/Group SIL quote Manager will join an established team ll be responsible for producing high quality financial & strategic analysis whilst establishing a new function of business partnering whilst managing several key relationships with internal ternal stakeholdersgt;

A high-level summary of responsibilities would include;

Undertake scenario analysis fluence strategy anningAssume responsibility for the annual budget processDevelop tools, models ocedures with various stakeholdersProvide financial advice to the wider businessDevelop intain excellent relationships with direct reports, members of the finance team akeholders within the wider business

This role will also assume responsibility for the team Supported Independent Living SIL quite Confidential functionaging a team of one, you will be responsible for the Confidential oduction of a high volume of NDIS quotes, providing analysis in trends sues within this function oviding guidance vice in improvementsgt;

Your Profile

You will be a CA/CPA or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years, ideally with experience gained in a Big 4 firm, a mid-tier firm or a large corporate organisationor experience in Healthcare or a working underst of the NDIS would be desirable but not essentialgt;

You must demonstrate a strong underst of complex financial models able to translate these for non-finance stakeholdersr desire to understd solve problems will be key to success in this role eagerness to add value will be essentialigh EQ tst communication skills will be key to your successgt;

A strong underst of finance systems porting tools will mean that you are well placed to advise on improvements timisationa result, advanced MS Excel skills are essentialgt;
