The Role

This purpose of this role is to support the finance team with a finance systems project. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and various team leaders to assist with the transfer of financial data from a legacy system to their new package. You will work form recently refurbished CBD offices that are located close to major train stations / tram routes. While initially for 4 months there is a high likelihood for extension.

You will be responsible for:

Formatting financial dataHigh volume data entryTransferring data from legacy
to new systemReview data for accuracyWork with project leaders to communicate any issues in data

Your Profile

This role is well suited to a dedicated finance or administration professional who is competent in handling high volumes of data. The work will require high attention to detail and most importantly a high level of accuracy to ensure data transferred is correct.

A lot of the data to be transferred will relate to Accounts Receivable, any exposure/understanding you have to Accounts Receivable will be highly valued.

You must have excellent communication skills and be available to start immediately.
