Exercise Physiologists work closely with patients, carers, referrers, other healthcare professionals ltidisciplinary teams to achieve safe, high quality patient carercise Physiologists in Canberra Health Services specialise in the provision of clinical exercise prescription festyle modification for individuals with chronic conditions including chronic disease ronic pain, to a range of clients in inpatient tpatient settingsgt;
The position will be responsible for the delivery of clinical Exercise Physiology services terventions in the Spinal Pain Service Spinal Pain Service is based in the Division of Allied Healthis a community-based service offering comprehensive assessment ltidisciplinary care including Physiotherapy ychology for patients with spinal pain Spinal Pain Service works closely with the Neurosurgery Service to optimise timely care pport patients towards active self-Confidential as appropriategt;
The position will be actively engaged in clinical service delivery, associated service administration, quality improvement, service innovation search, including
collaboration with the Exercise Physiology Department as requiredgt;The position will report to the Manager of AAHS Physiotherapy, with day to day operational coordination rvice planning through the Physiotherapy Clinical Lead of the Spinal Pain Servicegt;

Eligibility/Other Requirements
Exercise Physiology Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised tertiary institutiongt;Current accreditation with Exercise orts Science Australia ESSAgt;Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People Background Checking Act is required further information on Working with Vulnerable People registration refer to - gt;Current driver-s licencegt;Applicants must have a minimum of three years post-qualification clinical experiencegt;Have an underst ofsho w the National Sts ality Health Service NSQHS indicators align with this rolegt;Fulfil the responsibilities of this role as detailed in theCHS Exceptional Care Framework, Clinical Governance Framework, Partnering With Consumers Framework l other related frameworksgt;
