About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, highly organised tivated individual to become a key member of our Executive Office team/p>

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the Executive Departmentou will be responsible for providing support to the Executive team sure the provision of administrative cretarial services to achieve organisational goals cellence in service deliveryhe role will entail, but is not limited to;

Provide a comprehensive customer focused service to the Executive office, including responsibility for administrative duties aling with all that present to the Executive Officer>Provide Executive reception duties, including attending to incoming calls sisting visitors to the Executive officer>
Provide full secretarial support including full diary Confidential for the Nurse Director - Clinical Services rse Director - Perioperative Services oviding administrative support to the Senior Managers when requiredr>Minute taking for several Governance committees, ensuring minutes are recorded esented accurately a timely mannerr>Preparation of monthly contract compliance reports for South Confidential Health Servicesr>

About You

To succeed in this role, you will be a committed team player with exceptional organisational stomer service skillsou must bring excellent time Confidential skills along with the ability to effectively engage varied stakeholders ranging from hospital executives to front-line staffp>

The successful cte will also demonstrate;

Minimum of 2 years- experience in an administration role
Demonstrated experience of providing excellent service outcomes for all stakeholders
Excellent communication terpersonal skills
Proven ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team dependently
Proven organisational skills ability to coordinate multiple tasks
High level of accuracy tention to detail
Experience of supporting formal
meetings including preparing agendas, minute taking oking venues
Demonstrated problem solving skills nflict resolution skills
Advanced proficiency in Confidential Office programs

Desirable:

Prior experience in the health services industry
