What will your day look like-

As an Engineer working within Credit Decisioning, you will be responsible for delivering our new Credit Decisioning platform on a SAAS product, managing a cross-skilled squad to deliver credit business services>

As part of this role you will be both building ilizing vendor solutions, will be looking to you to provide advice on the right mix of solutions, ether vendor products meet the required level of engineeringan engineer within this team, you will be responsible for defining ourtooling rk with our platform teams to help shape the CI/CD pipelines>

As Chapter Lead, you are also responsible for building world class capability in your chapter-ll be a promoter bassador of the new culture ys of working will bring domain knowledge or deep expertise on a specific topic velop this expertise shaped capability in your chapter membersng with Product Owners aches, Chapter Leads care for rture the growth of their chapter members to ensure they are inspired by a sense of e continually building their mastery tonomypter Leads are not managers, they work as a squad member for ~60% of their time nage people across squads for ~40% of their timegt;
