About The Role

As an Employee Journey Expert in one of our Remuneration ward squads, you will be responsible for developing livering end-to-end employee journeys within the scope ssions of the Reward y Tribeour role will be focused on using data alytics to solve business problems entify opportunities to improve the employee experiencer>
In this role you would have the opportunity to

Source, combine alyse multiple data sources to develop sustainable data porting solutions that support business objectivesbr>
Assist in remuneration nefits projects including the design ecution of our annual performance muneration review processbr>
Work with multiple stakeholders including Talent & Culture, other Tribe uad colleagues ternal business representativesbr>
Provide specialised consulting alytical support to deliver globally consistent processes across a broad range of rewards nefits activitiesbr>
Be passionate ambassador for our way of working lturebr>

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following

Ability to explore business needs in a data-driven way, develop plement innovative solutions, test the outcomes erate
A problem-solving mindset focused on solving business challenges with the data available
Ability to analyse, model, interpret e visualizations to communicate with stakeholders effectively
Excellent research skills both qualitative antitative with a level of mastery in your ability to draw conclusive insights that can shape Confidential-s future
Ability to apply systems thinking to drive effective solutions
Ability to consult, with an intense passion riosity to understeds nts
Intermediate to Advanced level Excel skills
Experience in Data Analysis porting
Previous experience in a Remuneration, Recognition or Benefits related role is desirable
