This is a great opportunity to join our Reward & Pay Tribe squad as an Employee Journey Expert Remuneration Manager to help us to change Confidential from the inside by designing human-centred end-to-end experiences that unleash the potential of our people to learn, grow velop, so that we are continually adapting olving to build a better bankbr>
As a key member of our Reward Insights squad, you will be responsible for providing remuneration consulting, analysis vice to senior leaders lent & Culture Business Partners to enable us to appropriately reward tivate Confidential-s workforceou will provide specialised rewards expertise pport to Confidential-s transformation business focusing on future-proofing the bank fering a fundamentally different customer proposition through purpose-led digital solutions that improve the financial wellbeing of our customersr>
You will look for opportunities to optimise remuneration ward engagement prove the employee experiencehis include leading initiatives llaborating with internal ternal subject matter experts in the Technology gital domains to deliver innovative reward solutionsr>
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Experience designing plementing enterprise-wide reward programs in complex ltifaceted environments; experience working in Technology Digital organisations, particularly -ups preferred
Strong collaboration lationship Confidential experience with stakeholders including Talent & Culture, business leaders, external vendors th broad employee groups
Proven project Confidential anning skills to lead initiatives, both within the Reward & Pay Tribe times more broadly across Talent & Culture
Ability to leverage available data to tell a story & develop insights into employee siness needs haviour, ensuring they are represented in the design of solutions
Knowledge of the regulations ws impacting remuneration nefits, with Employee benefits, financial industry, Success Factors multi geography experience desirable
A passion riosity for the employee experience monstrated success in developing ecuting innovative end-to-end HR solutions in a complex environment
A growth mindset willingness to proactively seek out opportunities to broaden & deepen your experience pertise
