As the Dispute Resolution Pathways Manager, you will support thefective operation of Resolution Pathways which are a pivotal tool for supporting Confidential-s Quality irness Framework QAFF QAFF aims to deliver Confidential-s promises to our customers to resolve their complaints with empathy, fairness nsistency rk together to fix the things that matter most in their world>


You will be responsible for managing the delivery sequencing, risks, issues pendencies for delivery of Resolution Pathways; alignment of sts mpliance with governance, policies ocesses for delivery; data analysis akeholder engagement to maintain the currency, reliability eability of the Resolution Pathways for CR e division; acking benefits>
