As a Data Product Manager, you will be responsible to drive the adoption plementation of the Domain ta Product framework within the Divisionhe data domain sociated data product is an extension of the data ownership framework, ings together business, technology ta, in order to deliver on our data & automation agenda, aligning with Enterprise frameworkbr>
In particular, the Data Product Manager is responsible for:

Working with all business units ta owners to delineate their data boundaries, fine ioritise their data products
Setting up common sts otocols for the build change of data products, to ensure inter-connectivity across domains, abe to share data products within tside of the Division
Build the Divisional marketplace for data products, sociated governance
Engaging with Technology teams to enable the construct of data products on the enterprise platform e Kafka
Liaise with Enterprise Data to enable sharing of data products with Group Functions


About You
To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Underst of Institutional key data, processes stems, ganisational environment
Underst of data, risk, oject Confidential processes s, ideally within Confidentialbr>Ability to build intain strong relationships with internal ternal stakeholdersbr>Strong communication skills - oral, written esentation ility to engage with Senior Stakeholders across Institutional oup
Demonstrated capability in people Confidential, planning naging deliverables, performance managements, including with staff not under direct Confidentialbr>Experience with best practise data Confidential frameworks sr>
