Confidential's Confidential Consulting division is looking for individuals who are passionate about Cyber Security sk to join their growing Cyber Security Strategy & Governance team as an Associate Director on a permanent basishis opportunity will require you to play an active role in growing Confidential's Technology, Risk ber Security service line with a focus on clients in the Financial Services sectorp>

You will work closely with clients to evaluate their business strategy, understeir technology environment ovide recommendations to enable them to improve their ability to respond to Cyber risks reatsp>

Your Opportunity

This role will focus on business development, client presentations, program delivery high performing teams, ll see you working with people from across Confidential to ensure we are able to communicate liver on the Confidential customer promiseour day to day activities will include:

Assisting our clients to manage cyber risks in a way that enhances their ability to meet business objectives, stakeholder expectations mpliance obligationsr>Performing gap assessments between the security processes erations of our clients against recognised global mestic sts gulations e ISO 27001, NIST CSF, Confidential CPS 234r>Developing benchmarking reports to provide our clients with insight on where they sten measured against relevant industry practicesr>Improving our clients' underst nfidential of risk in technology through designing, implementing sting effective security controls over technology assetsr>Exp the technical skills at the Senior Consultant nsultant levels in the existing teamr>Supporting Directors rtners with proposals, bids siness developmentr>Developing your consulting skills in a range of technology services such as IT security strategy, governance, sourcing, risk siliencer>Leading junior staff to deliver the appropriate outcomesr>

, your qualifications, skills perience must include:

Impeccable written ry strong verbal communication skillsr>Demonstrable businessexperience, including identifying opportunities, responding to opportunities, ilding strong, trusted relationships with both clients ersr>Deep knowledge of Australian Financial Services regulation from a cyber security perspective - CPS , CPS G in particularr>One or more of the following certifications - CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Security - Specialty, Confidential Azure Security Technologies [AZ-], ISO/IEC 27001:
Lead Auditor, CIPM, CIPT, CIPP/A/E, CDPSE, IRAPr>The ability to prepare or oversee the preparation of very high-quality client-ready deliverables to the Director or Partner for reviewr>Strong presentation skills including an ability to explain deeply complex technical issues to a senior executive or board level audience in an accurate derste wayr>A background in cyber security consulting, audit or risk managementr>Experience working with or in Financial Servicesr>Tertiary qualificationr>Experience working across multiple teams, delivery groups akeholdersr>

Additionally, the following qualifications, skills perience are preferred but not required:

Current or previous experience working in a Big-4 firmr>
