JOB DESCRIPTION

Imagine Holidays is seeking an administration trainee to join their team!

Reporting to - Admin Manager
- Full Time, e includes shift work on a roster basisgt;
Opening hours are between 8am-7pm u will be rostered 38 hours within these timesgt;

To provide outst customer service by underste customers- needs fering expert holiday support>
Typical activities

Deliver excellent customer support throughout the customer journey
Underststomer's needs wants pectations resourceful to resolve queries
Produce accurate admin work to complete any action taken, sure all notes are left on customer files
Build relationships with suppliers ternal teams to work together in resolving any customer query
Provide detailed travel product knowledge, especially cruise/rail related
Be proactive in solving customers issues, maintaining high sts of service at all times
Be highly accurate in calculations ensuring the correct costs are given to the customer
Support Customer Support team in case sickness/ lateness/work overflow
Outbound passengers to advise of itinerary flight schedule changes
Actioning any itinerary or booking changes with an accurate admin process
Call passengers for balances as well as sending reminder letters, ensuring data protection
Encourage repeat customers
Send accurate rrect tickets to all passengers in a prompt timeframe
Rebooking or booking any OSR arrangements for all bookings
Managing nitoring all confirmation inbox-s daily between New Zeal isbane-when necessary/as delegated
Managing tioning Cancellation-s inbox with accuracy a
timely fashion
Completing any admin duties or special requests
Customer Support ne back up support when necessary/as delegated

KPI-s

Confirmation inbox cleared daily
Special requests queries actions daily
Ticket accuracy 95%
Tickets sent by 3 weeks prior to departure
Cancellations actioned within 24hours solved within 72 hours where possible
Balance due reminders sent in time
Payments due KPI-s met - varies each month

Skill set required

Must have cruising sales/service experience
Computer literacy
Strong work ethic gh attention to detail
Knowledge of customer service principles actices
An ability to work to deadlines with good attention to detail
Able to remain calm under pressure oblem solve accordingly
Reliable, flexible approach with the ability to use initiative where required
Communication skills - verbal itten
Available to work to ekends when rostered
Able to work extended hours on occasions when required
Initiative to work unsupervised strong work ethic
