We have an exciting opportunity for a strong leader to join Confidential Telco Authority in this vital role of Customer Experience Managerp>

You will lead rticipate in various teams across Confidential Telco Authority to enhance the customer experience for our public safety agencieshe focus will be building iving customer insights stomer experience at an enterprise levelp>

You will work in partnership with the Transformation team to drive a customer centric approachou will utilise your strong stakeholder engagement fluencing skills across various parts of the organisationp>

You will also:

Facilitate strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support entify opportunities to improve service efficiency
Conduct customer research, journey mapping, measurement, metrics, ive CX governance
Contribute to co-design initiatives t as voice of customer

You will manage a small team to build research strategies, reviewing derst the feedback from customers rk with the Confidential to deliver a customer centric

approach to delivering hancing the experiencep>

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

Experience in managing teams, working in operational or response environments
The ability to motivate staff in complex ten changing environments
Membership of accreditation through CX professional associations is desirable but not essential
Strong communication skills with the ability to foster effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability in managing conflicting priorities strong negotiator with the ability to influence outcomes
