The Cost Centre of Excellence -Cost CoE- is part of the Financial Performance Confidential team -FPM- within Enterprise Finance responsible for supporting the Group CFO, the Deputy & Divisional CFOs e business make optimal resource allocation decisions in relation to costo do this, the Cost CoE undertakes a range of performance Confidential activities including planning, forecasting, reporting alysis, which provide actionable insight vice to its stakeholdershe Cost CoE establishes governance rforms financial control activities within the cost domain to ensure the integrity of the cost result/p>

Within FPM, the Cost CoE provides enterprise capability visional expertise to drive strategic outcomes verages its scale to drive continual process improvement within the cost domain/p>

Your team-s role

The Group Cost team sits within the Cost CoE responsible for supporting the Group CFO puty CFO her key stakeholders by providing insights alytics on the bank-s cost basehe Group Cost team looks across the divisional views of cost for investment erating costs to contribute to delivery of the broader strategic cost agendap>

Your reporting lines akeholders

You will report to the Group Portfolio Performance & Investment Managerp>

To succeed in your role, you will need to develop intain strong stakeholder relationships across FPM, other Finance teams e the Finance Systems, Data & Innovation team -FSDI-; Financial Control siness stakeholders where relevantou will also need to collaborate closely with dedicated change teams that sit within the FPM function to deliver change initiatives impacting your business area/p>

Your Role

As the Cost Associate Group you will work as part of a team of cost experts with responsibility for all cost related activities at a Group level, providing accurate mely financial information sightful analytics to drive business value/p>

You will have specific responsibilities for analysing the investment spend of the Confidential business responsible for providing timely reporting sightsou will work with stakeholders to uplift current reporting dels vestigate the further use of automated Business Intelligence toolsdditionally you will be responsible for the performance analytics, Confidential reporting, stakeholder Confidential lated financial control cision support responsibilities for Divestment Projects aff incentives/p>

Your key priorities sponsibilities include:

Manage prove the reporting nancial models relating to Group Investment Spend
Ensure Confidential atutory reporting obligations relating to Group Divestments aff incentives are well managed
Drive continuous improvement of cost processes to extract efficiencies, optimise controls tter manage risks vernance obligations
Work alongside Cost CoE process experts to build a first class capability in Finance, focusing on best practice cost Confidential nsistency of implementation across all Divisions
More broadly, assist with general Group Cost deliverables including month-end close, monthly reporting to the board ecutive committee, half-year ar-end analysis, insights porting
