As a Control Health Uplift Manager you will be responsible for providing operational risk Confidential support to Project Accordn this role you will form part of the Business Controls & Compliance CoE required to :

Gather data to enable insights, identify trends ke recommendations in relation tosho w controls are being identified, assessed eated across the portfolio/tribe ojectbr>Support the Project underste key attributes of good control design, ilding this discipline into their operating rhythmsbr>Conduct e2e Assessment of control health, with new controls for implementation, gaps st of proposed controls for buildbr>Drive improvement in risk capability/culture/awareness omote operational risk Confidential as a core capability across the Project

Deep experience across the control identification plementation lifecyclebr>Hn experience in risk Confidential OR internal / external audit
Strong underst of products gment strategies pacts on operational risks ntrols
Strong underst of operational risk strategies gulatory requirements
Ability to collaborate with the business to develop effective operational risk Confidential solutions
Utilise analytical insights ta to identify opportunities to better balance risk with customer propositions
Desire to create a thorough underst ofsho w our customers nkers relate act to embedding risk Confidential in everyday activities
