Key Responsibilities

Participates in Contract Confidential oject Confidential teams to support contract bcontract compliancer> Identifies contract Confidential issues oposes solutions for approvalr> Escalates risks or issues that are not resolved to their Contract Confidential line managerr> Transaction drafting view of Statements of Work, Orders, Variations, Change Requests, Interims, LOAs
Provides negotiation support for Head Termsas requiredr> Provides Proposal / RFX Review / NDA review activitiesr> Independently applies Accenture specific contract Confidential tools chniques to assigned projectsr> Manages stakeholders of the Client Engagement team, Client counterpart contract managers, client procurement siness team membersr> reports required to monitor contract compliancer> Supports training activities for Contract Confidential personnel
Active engagement in regional CM initiativesr>

Education:

Advanced degree in business, contract Confidential, law or engineering preferredr> Membership in the International Association for Contract mmercial Confidential IACCM or National Contract, Confidential Association NCMA ofessional certification beneficial but not essentialr>

Work Experience:

Minimum 8-10 years experience in the contract Confidential / procurement / legal fieldr> Exposure to Outsourcing or System Integration activities highly valued

Knowledge ill Requirements:

Working knowledge of Contract mmercial Confidential or Procurement Category Confidential principlesr> Contract Law nous either gained through formal qualification or practicer> Detail-oriented, organized, flexible
Able to set priorities ggle multiple demr> Strong written al communication skills
Able to apply sound business judgment
Proficiency using Confidential Office applications e Excel, Word, PowerPoint
