JOB DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the Confidential Officer is to support ntributes to a range of complex, diverse t times, sensitive programs ojects that support the City Planning Team in providing a professional, timely stomer focused servicep>

Role Responsabilities ties include but not limited:

Providing the Group Manager with high quality, accurate mely business supportr>Preparing briefing papers, reports, presentations her professionally presented information using appropriate technology for project, financial tabase Confidential, gh level computer skills in word processing, desktop publishing, spreadsheets esentation softwarer>Managing diaries, organising meeting arrangements, preparing agendas pport materials king minutes
Processing purchase orders counts, reconciliations cord keeping
Organising training & conferences bookings & travel arrangement as well as the preparation of support materials
Locally coordinating the rewards cognition program
Compiling Council reports
Monitoring financial dget information in relation to the Unit's Business Plan/s including researching, collating terpreting performance measures endsr>Other project support ministration duties as required from time to timer>

Qualifications you will hold:

A TAFE Certificate or equivalent in an appropriate field, business, administration secretarial qualifications substantial relevant experience in a similar role Experience

Experience you would of had:

Substantial experience in administration, project or Confidential, office Confidential a senior personal assistant roler>Proven
ability to work with initiative rsatility on a wide range of matters, including solving a range of different problems of some complexity
Demonstrated ability to exercise a high degree discretion nfidentiality at all timesr>

Skills:

Demonstrated highly developed communication skills including ability to produce correspondence, minutes, briefing papers esentations
Highly developed planning, organising me Confidential skills including the ability to meet tight deadlines lance competing prioritiesr>Skilled in minute taking, procurement, managing contracts gotiating with suppliers
High level computer skills MS Office, particularly with presentations port writingr>Excellent team work terpersonal skillsr>

This is a 3 month contract with the posability of extension
