Your new role
In this role, you will work with the Compliance Manager, to provide technical advice on superannuation her relevant legislative issuesou will Review materials ograms across the Member Experience departments to ensure it is compliant with the Superannuation Industry Supervision Act SIS Act, Corporations Act her relevant legislation, Prudential Sts her relevant legislationr>
You will Provide day-to-day compliance reviews, feedback gn-off as required for the group, this includes review communications her member ployer material to ensure it is compliant with the SIS Act her relevant legislationou will provide comments mpliance review as required on all documentation including but not limited to marketing material, presentations, member letters ochures, Product Disclosure Statements nual Reports mber Statementsou will also provide appropriate education aining for Member Experience including new regulations that impact their roles sponsibilities
What you-ll need

3+ years- experience in financial services compliance underst of financial products siness processes
Strong knowledge of risk mpliance frameworks, coupled with a proven ability to articulate mmunicate strategy ncepts to a broad range of technical n-technical staff ternal stakeholders
Poise ility to act calmly mpetently in high-pressure, high-stress situations
A high level of personal integrity as well as the ability to professionally hconfidential matters
Commercially astute with strong knowledge of risk mpliance frameworks
Critical thinker with strong analytical oblem-solving skills
Ability to develop intain high quality interpersonal relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within tside the Fund
