Your new role
In this role, you will work with the Senior Manager Governance countability, to develop plement appropriate systems ocesses to address mply with current erging regulations, providing technical advice on superannuation her relevant legislative issuess role is responsible for leading the newly formed 1st line compliance function, supporting the ongoing compliance of the Member Experience Group-s regulatory obligations including training cident Confidential will hire velop a high performing, diverse gaged team who will support the successful delivery of the Fund-s strategic ambitionsgt;
You will lead the review of member communications, ensuring it is compliance oviding comment mpliance sign-off, as required, on mry member communications including member letters ochures, Product Disclosure Statements, Annual Reports mber Statements will be required to prepare ntribute to reports for the function including Executive team, Board Committees e Board on relevant short ng-term trends, performance ecific projects, risks, opportunities allengesgt;
What you-ll need

5+ years- experience in financial services along with an underst of financial products siness processes coupled with a deep underst of compliance regulations
Strong knowledge of risk mpliance frameworks, coupled with a proven ability to articulate mmunicate strategy ncepts to a broad range of technical n-technical staff ternal stakeholders
To be a collaborative, articulate rsuasive leader who is a critical thinker with strong analytical oblem-solving skills
Previous experience of building high performing compliance teams
Excellent stakeholder communication, including executive-level written rbal communication skillsgt;
