About The Role

As a Communications ange Manager, you will work closely with others within your squad, including Product Owners, Analysts, Subject Matter Experts SMEs, program members her communications & change resources from other squads, to perform activities which will contribute to the successful delivery of selected components of the bank-s Compliance& Operational Risk Strategyp>

You will also form part of a broader group of Communications & Change managers to perform program level communications ange Confidential activitiesp>

Your key priorities sponsibilities include:

Collaborating with squad members her program communications & change managers to underste needs for a suitable fective communication ange Confidential approach for your squad-s work, in context of the broader programp>

Partnering with the program communications & change Lead her Managers to collectively form a co-ordinated fective communication ange Confidential strategy that helps achieve the program-s objectives

Working with program her squad members to decompose selected parts of the delivery plan her work assigned to your squads- backlogs, to then develop a continuously evolving pipeline of tasks tputs to be worked on by you,

Manage rform the necessary work to create various communication & change Confidential outputs terials which are fit-for-purpose, timely, meet business gulator needs, are compatible with the program-s broader communication ange Confidential strategy ign with the C&OR Strategy

Performing work practices in line with Confidential-s sts, policies & guidelines e consistent across the programp>


About You

To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Working knowledge of Confidential-s strategic investment Confidential & Delivery ganisational Change Frameworks, their respective components, practices ructuresp>

Working knowledge perience in employing effective Communications & Change Confidential practices inciples that are suitable for an initiative that will cover multiple divisions across a large banking / financial service Confidential or similar

Experience working in a matrix style people Confidential structure multiple leaders, e of Agile delivery principles actices using the Atlassian suite of products, JIRA, Confluence etcp>

Experience as a Change mmunications Manager / practitioner, ability to work with multiple people in order to plan, rform work as agreed with those peoplep>

Experience working in the delivery of technology based solutions, or major organisational change initiatives across multiple locations /geographies in a large Confidential, ideally in a Risk mpliance settingp>

Appropriate university degree or relevant qualifications supported by experience or familiarity with Compliance & Operational Risk in the banking / financial industry or similar,

Clear, simple & effective styles of facilitation, stakeholder Confidential, networking & collaboration
