The Opportunity

In this key position, you will lead relationship Confidential within the business, providing performance insights to support state level strategic decision makinghe QLD Communities Finance team runs the forecasting nfidential process for the QLD residential business, which is mainly comprised of ld medium density unitsp>

Partnering closely with the QLD General Manager of Communities, this is a varied role which sits on the QLD senior leadership teamou will focus on forecasting activities view meetings, supportingassets through the approval process to get capital allocations approvedp>

, this is a 12-month fixed term contract opportunity/p>

Key responsibilities:

Accountable for the Delivery of Annual FFO pital Targets for the QLD Communities Business
Accountable for the completion of finance components of the Business Unit-s state strategy tfolio as requiredbr>Accountable for assisting with financials for capital requests owth initiatives for the business
Contribute rticipate in the operational Confidential rategy execution as part of the QLD Leadership Team e National Communities Finance Team
Provide guidance able the National Commercial Manager of Communities to challenge the current Business Unit-s finance processes sumptionso drive greater control, accuracy mplification where requiredbr>Responsible for assisting with preparation of the Business Unit Budget presentation for Executive Committee & Board ensuring key insights for state/ division are includedbr>Lead a small team to Finance Managers to drive insightful analysis siness decision support

About you

We are looking for someone with a strong financial counting background that has moved away from a technical hn position,

In summary, you will have:

CA / CPA accreditation is preferred
Extensive experience in commercial Confidential, financial accounting, forecasting & analysis or planning siness insight in a similar level rolebr>Experience in developing business plan fluencing broader strategybr>Experience in senior finance leadership providing business partnering is preferredbr>Experience in creating productive networks within tside the organisationr>
