As a Team Leader in our Wealth Confidential business, you will lead a team of consultants who are responsible for servicing customers visers on our Wrap Platform.

You will ensure the productivity, effectiveness ality of your team by focusing on continuous improvement through ongoing coaching velopment.

You will support us build trust nfidence in the Macquarie brrough quality conversations, using data driven insights to effect change, managing client concerns suring all regulatory requirements are observed..

In addition, you will be an advocate for change confident in communicating bedding strategic initiatives within your team.

To be successful in this role, you will have team leadership experience within a banking nancial services contact centre environment. Experience in Wrap Super vestments is advantageous but not essential.

Ultimately you are a people leader; someone who can comfortably provide the support, advice a team of hard-working individuals in order to create a positive, high performing team environment. You will have demonstrated use of data to guide decision making tion planning.
