The Change ocess Governance Manager will support teams with change, process governance frameworks, communication lture initiativesou will be responsible for establishing Enterprise Finance change methodologies ading change Confidential for Finance Systems, Data novation FSDI initiativesou will develop on overarching Enterprise Finance process governance -engineering methodologies, including sts, tools mplatesn addition, you will be responsible for shifting the global team into agile ways of working, including galvanizing our leadership team, creating an agile mindset pporting processes, habits olsp>

You will be supported by a specialist with expertise in change mmunications specialist with expertise in process governancehe team together brings these skills to ensure the successful delivery of FSDI initiatives to users pport Finance with best methodsp>

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following

Designing ading strategy
Expert stakeholder Confidential relationship building
Agile ways of working
Applying the agreed Confidential Change Confidential Frameworks including all practices mplates to implement, transition, stain the change
Background in process optimisation e lean/six sigma
Proficiency in using tools to manage projects effectively - whether it-s Excel, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint or something else!

Whether your background is in Finance, Risk, Operations, Transformation or Project Confidential - these will be included in your toolkit

Change/delivery Confidential - You-ve successfully planned livered significant improvement/change initiatives or projects with a strong people, process or culture focusou take a structured, pragmatic approach to managing progress tcomes
Relationship Confidential/influencing - You build intain positive relationships fluence with stakeholders at all levels n use consulting methods to facilitate perspectives sights ensuring consistent, clear, ncise communications
