JOB DESCRIPTION

The purpose of the Organisational Change Manager is to be accountable for driving, delivering cilitating change initiatives proaches in a holistic mannerp>

This role aims to lift the Confidential's capability to foster sustainable aningful cultural change through key People uture programs itiatives targeted at improving organisational redesignr>
Your Key Responabilities will include but not limited :

Engage daily with key stakeholders to understd scope change requirements e impacts both internally thin the wider businessr>Drive velop change strategies that are aligned to the Confidential's change vision from executive level focus right through to frontline leadership to increase employee engagement nage resistancer>Provide targeted support aching to executive leaders ople managers to help foster positive change
Build a rigorous change Confidential strategy for the successful delivery of People & Culture initiatives, supported by a suite of resources such as an education toolkits, guidelines, programs, methodologies, frameworks ansr>

Qualifications Level

Degree Qualified in People lture/Change or Business disciplinesr>Change qualification
ideally PROSCIr>

What Previous Experience will you have-:

Demonstrated extensive experience 5-10 years+ delivering complex change programs with a particular focus on driving improvements to performance lture outcomesr>Proven knowledge perience of designing plementing modern change Confidential approaches including agile, human-centred methodologiesr>Proven experience delivering change initiatives in multi-disciplinary organisationsr>Experience influencing iding executive leadersr>
