As the Change Manager within ANZx, you will partner with our customer centric value streams to identify, optimise plement innovative solutions as we reimagine our customer propositions rvicese-re using the latest platforms chnology, to better support our customers- financial wellbeing, so you must love technology w it will change banking!
What will your day look like-
This is a new role, so no two days will look the samee-re taking new a new proposition w products to markets, so we-re need the support of an experienced to help us with smooth gaging roll outsr>
* Wide spread stakeholder engagement fluencing, across the entirety of the Value Streamsusiness product owners, technology, assurance, other delivery partners ternal customersr>
* End to end change Confidential across business, technology, internal ternal customer changesr>
* Apply a structured methodology we-re open tosho w this is set up, process mapping, impact assessmentsbr>
* Architect, write ecute comms plansupport learning ach teams through change in the most effective stomer centric way possiblebr>
* Respectfully challenging the status quo ways considering the customer experience firstr>
* Ensure all proposed plemented solutions balance customer, stakeholder gulatory or policy requirementsbr>
In your toolkit:
This program has a -up vibe, so we-re looking for experienced end to end change professionals who are not afraid to pitch in beyond their patchbr>
* Embrace ambiguity fectively shape stakeholder objectives to ensure they always consider change plementationr>
* Expertise in business chnology change, impact analysis, change Confidential or implementation, business process mapping, assurance, communications
* Human Centred Design | Lean | Agile ways of workingou-re a data driven decision maker with a test arn approachr>
* Knowledge in financial services banking highly regarded or you-ve taken new products to market that have a technology / financial bentbr>
