PeopleHub is our Talent & Culture T&C technology uplift program which will redesign the way our employees ne managers interact with T&C services by to enhancing the employee experience using flexible, cloud technologyhis will involve replacing our current T&C systems like Taleo, PeopleSoft ople+ with a SAP rviceNow solution, that better aligns with our new T&C operating modelbr>
PeopleHub will-

Make it simpler sier for our employees to navigate people-related information sks
Uplift employee experience pability by providing new channels for our people to access T&C information rvices anytime ywhere, with flexible, cloud technology, including mobile self-service globally
Provide visibility of accurate, up to date people data, from one source of truth, reducing riske-re also aligning the digital experience we want for our customers with the experience we give our employeesbr>
Simplify employee journeys, provide visibility of where requests are up to duce time spent working through manual process stepsr>

As a Change mmunications Manager you will work with the PeopleHub Change team to develop liver the change strategy an for one of the PeopleHub program streamsou will work closely with the Program Change Lead, Communications akeholder Engagement Lead, e other Change mmunication Analysts working on the program to deliver the planr>
This includesplementation of the change delivery plan bedding the change within Confidential to enable benefits realisationou will also be responsible for preparing detailed change impact assessments dertaking the analysis that assesses readiness of the organisationou will document change impacts, identify mmunicate key activities, pport the communications team to develop stakeholder analysis gagement plansou will also monitor the progress of the change plans commend opportunities, change mitigations gagement strategies to evolve just the change approach for the streamr>
Your key accountabilities will include:

Designing, developing, plementing change Confidential mmunications strategies; addressing individual, team ganisational requirements, organisational obstacles, areas of risk fined customer impact
Engaging change networks in building organisational ownership for the change to ensure the successful delivery of the stream
Developing intaining effective working relationships with key stakeholders e PeopleHub program team members, Strategic Communications, Talent lture SMEs, Change Champion network
Acting as a Subject Matter Expert for change Confidential mmunication techniques by providing supervision, coaching ntoring to change colleagues ream team members
Providing support across the business, particularly in areas most impacted by the changes including the provision of training if required
Appling the agreed Confidential Change Confidential Framework, including all practices mplates to implement, transition, stain changes
Leading, assessing, naging change diagnostics through monitoring, managing porting change activities, managing risks, issues, acceptance fectiveness
Proactively ensuring that all communication risks tential issues are identified at these are mitigated anned for

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Extensive experience in change Confidential including on experience in medium to large programs of work
Experience owledge of current change Confidential principles, methodologies, ols training perience with formal & structured change Confidential methods is preferred
Broad knowledge perience in applying change Confidential activities chniques, including communication, facilitation, impact assessment, change readiness assessment, aining
Demonstrated ability to develop positive collaborative relationships with people of all levels including senior leaders n challenge constructively to reach outcomes
Experience in facilitating groups of people to hear different views rspectives to inform approaches, lp people feel engaged in goals urneys
Strong presentation skills, both verbal itten, with experience in presenting information to stakeholder groups
Experience in guiding aching change resources to execute change mmunication deliverables

Preferably, you would also have had some exposure to or experience in:

Agile methods of working including use of tools such as Jira
Confidential domain areas impacted by or driving the change, specifically Talent lture
Experience working in large scale system implementations
