We are currently seeking a Case Manager Internally called Customer Support Manager to join our growing team in Melbournes a Customer Support Manager you will deliver a high level of coordination support to in-home customer support programs including theof rosters, staff supervision e resolution of day-to-day operational mattersr>
Each day will look a little different, but your key responsibilities will likely include:

Effectively managing ordinating staff rosters whilst ensuring accuracy of records
Developing intaining excellent relationships with customers, staff, customer family iends,
funding bodies, doctors, case managers her allied healthcare professionals
Constructively approaching unacceptable performance oviding on-going support to improve outcomes
Providing coaching in effective methods for delivering ceeding customer expectations
Making process improvement suggestions plementing improvement requests as required

What you-ll bring
As a Customer Support Manager, you will have demonstrated experience ills in people leadership, have a self-motivating an do- attitude, ve strong sector knowledge of the Disability or Aged Care industryr>
To do well in this role you have:

Qualifications in Community Services, Frontline Confidential or equivalent
Demonstrated experience in a Community Services Co-ordination or Case Confidential role
Demonstrated experience supervising, supporting, aining staff
Knowledge of OH&S legislation relevant to aged care sability service sector
