We have an exceptional opportunity for an agency or in-house Recruiter/ Candidate Manager, looking to further develop their career, to join our Recruitment team Hudson RPO onsite at Macquarie as we continue to build up our internal sourcing capability and drive talent engagement for the business./p>

As a Candidate Engagement Specialist, you will have strong interpersonal skills and have a genuine passion and strength for candidate management.ou will partner with our Resourcing Specialists and hiring managers to proactively manage shortlisted candidates as they progress through the recruitment process.his includes providing timely feedback, updates on progress and support in preparing for each stage of the interview process.his presents a fantastic opportunity to develop your career, whilst gaining intimate knowledge of recruitment best and the Financial Services sector.p>

What impact will you have-

As a Candidate Engagement Specialist you will work with the broader Recruitment team to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.his includes engaging directly with shortlisted candidates to provide feedback, updates on progress and coaching/insights intosho w best prepare for each stage of the interview process.p>

You will also have the opportunity to get involved in

Working in partnership with Resourcing Specialists and to gain exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process ? from market research, job briefs through to interviews and>Proactively sourcing, screening and talent pooling for candidates through various channels including internal databases, LinkedIn and other external job>Staying connected with and tracking market trends, competitor analysis and regional changes that are relevant to our business>Supporting in the implementation of bespoke recruitment campaigns for key recruitment>

This role will give you fantastic exposure to a leading Financial Services organization and will enable you to develop not only hands on, but also your ability to build relationships and influence as a talent advisor./p>

What skills will you use-

You will bring with you prior experience in an agency recruitment role or as an in-house recruiter/candidate manager and a passion for creating an exemplary candidate experience.ther skills and experience will include

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey a message with impact, clarity and professionalism
A high-level of attention-to-detail
You have an interest in market mapping, online research, talent sourcing, networking or talent pooling
You are driven and determined and ready to make the most of the opportunities presented to you by working for a leading RPO business.r>
