Campaign Manager / Team Supervisor - Adelaide

Requirements:
Availability Monday - Friday (2 Saturdays a month)
2- 5 years of direct (face to face) sales experience
3 years experience in managing an effective team
A positive, outgoing and energetic personality
Reliable, responsible team player
A high level of confidence and ability to motivate and empower others
Motivated and self- Driven to grow the business to the next level
Advanced management skills and applying in house coaching techniques
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and oral)
You have a Growth Mindset and easily adapt to shifts in business strategy and ongoing change
A sound understanding of sales process and its strategic execution to meet and exceed KPIs
Self- Tarter who uses own initiative
Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities:
Here are some duties and responsibilities of a Campaign Manager:
Train and develop new and existing field representatives
Ensure the success of our face to face campaigns from implementation to final delivery and manage field performance
Apply and training in house sales impacts and training in Office and on site
Assist with the daily running of the business
Run local and interstate travel trips
Be a good, positive example on the sites and in the Office
Ensure sales targets and KPI-s are hit
