JOB DESCRIPTION

As an experienced Customer Service Representative you will be the first port of call for inbound customer queries related to different products, orders rvices of one of Australia's largest Energy providersp>

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Promoting the company's products rvicesr>Managing inbound tbound callsr>Liaising with customers both verbally writing regarding all matters relating to sales processes, as well as face-to-facer>Processing clerical tasks associated with all aspects of the roler>Managing customers' expectations edback

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Experience in sales or customer servicer>High level of verbal itten communication skillsr>Proven track record selling multiple products rvicesr>Ability to pick up new systems quickly work in fast-paced environmentr>Proven problem solving skillsr>
