As a Compliance & Operational Risk C&OR Platform Manager, you will work as part of the Data & Systems delivery squad led by a Senior Product Owner, working closely with other program delivery team members, Subject Matter Experts SMEs her business stakeholders to develop ploy a new GRC platform utilising ServiceNow ta reporting alytics requirements needed or the C&OR Strategyp>

You must be comfortable in managing multiple mpeting priorities, working across a number of stakeholders, including multiple supporting vendors, to ensure current ture solutions are able to run concurrently, meet downstream consumer requirements data porting le to manage solve ongoing challenges / issues to ensure progress of delivery is maintainedp>

You will ideally bring:

Working knowledge of the current COR IBM OpenPages v61 platform or similar GRC applications currently in use at Confidential or similar financial services / banking organisationsbr>Multiple years of experience with technology application changes grations in an Confidential or large banking / financial services organisationbr>Demonstrable underst of data Confidential in the business context of regulatory mpliance reporting requirementsbr>An underst of the business uses for a GRC platform in managing Compliance erational Riskbr>Experience with SQL, IBM COGNOS, ServiceNow CSA certification preferred etcr>

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Work with stakeholders to develop the acceptance criteria for each feature of work which can be used to confirm what is done
Take accountability for the quality of the outputs, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs
Working with the Program Director, own the engagement processes for Senior Stakeholders ensuring sts of good governance in the approval of outputsbr>Participate in required project U governance forums
Apply a delivery mindset, driving clarity, accountability meliness
Managing data migration lidation activities
Providing input into technical solution design
