We are currently looking for a Business/ Capital Transactions Manager to join our Group Investments team /p>

In this key role you will contribute to the group's growth strategies, by identifying ecuting acquisition opportunities to strengthen Stocklsidentialpipeline in Victoria/p>

Your main duties will include, but not be limited to:

Identify ecute Capital transaction opportunitiesbr>Analyse ortlist opportunitiesbr>Prepare feasibilities, cash flow models sist in deal structuringbr>Manage due diligence process with internal ternal advisorsbr>Coordinate the internal approval process, including preparing viewing papers commendations for the Business Unit Leadership Teams, Executive Committee ardbr>Develop intain an extensive network of industry relationships with agents, owners, developers, valuers herconsultants to originate deal flow
Assist with the integration of new assets into the portfoliobr>Engage llaborate with key internal customers akeholders to build intain strong working relationship drive positive business outcomes

About you:

Proven experience in a similar role managing complex acquisitions from identification through to execution
A solid background in l feasibility studies is a pre- requisite
Ability to prepare comprehensive business cases quisition proposals
Advanced analytical merical skills
Strong project Confidential skills
Strong written rbal communication skills
Excellent stakeholders?
Confidential skills proven track record of achieving results through influencing lationship skills
Appropriate tertiary qualification
