We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Improvement Consultant to join our team. will be responsible for delivering systems training to our Centre Director and Area Managers, while helping to coach labour management and finding ways to improve cost efficiency across the Goodstart;

We are very flexible on where this role is based as you will be able to work remotely using our technology to connect with your;

This role forms part of the wider Business Improvement team, focused on working closely with our State teams to provide Operations Support services to Goodstart centres, call centre services to parents, business analysis, continuous improvement and project delivery. department includes a Solution Centre, Analyst Hub, Systems Trainers and Project Delivery. team-s mission is to support the network in achieving high performance, high customer service standards and operational;

Your Impact

Actively monitor and report on data integrity and policy compliance in our major source systems- such as, but not limited to, Kronos and; Work with relevant stakeholders to map, document and improve current systems processes, assess for efficiency and ensure appropriate governance structures are in; Assist with the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of training materials and training delivery using an agreed upon framework for assessment of; Liaise with project teams to develop appropriate end user training and support materials to ensure smooth transfers to BAU when new systems are brought online.> Assist with creating a library of information such as, intranet pages, FAQ-s, workbooks and instructional videos to improve proficiency within the network on systems and customer service;

You-ll help achieve this by

The ability to translate
business requirements into systems training and development
Ability to effectively develop and assess training materials and deliver tailored solutions to the network
Previous experience with Kronos and Qikkids
Intermediate excel skills
Ability to travel within the state and interstate as required
