Description

As our new Board vernance Administrator, you will be providing key support the Group Secretariat in the provision of high quality, professional, board mmittee administrative mpany secretariat services, adhering to our overall governance of the Group-s companies, boards ard committeesgt;

We are looking to engage experienced compliance/legal/governance administrators that have a fierce eye for detail, who feel at home interacting with key senior stakeholders to meet non-negotiable board deadlines>

If you are knowledgeable across underst the format of board/committee meetings, alongside hold an underst managing regulatory requirements ve a team driven attitude, reach out to Zoe Mchaffie for a confidential discussiongt;

Key responsibilities

Maintain processes ocedures to ensure the Group corporate entities, boards mmittees maintain compliance with relevant legislation, regulation, policies, charters, the constitutions od in relation to this role-s functions sponsibilitiesgt; Assist across timely preparation, quality assurance stribution of agendas, meeting packs, papers, circulating resolutions, minutes, action lists her material or communications for the boards mmittees as allocated> Coordinate updates to our corporate register, regulatory lodgements, statutory returns sociated activitiesgt; Assist the Group Company Secretary in ensuring that has in place fit for good board vernance administrative practices, processes frastructure>

Key skills perience

3 - 5 years robust administrative experience in a driven environment> Strong attention to detail across all work, ensuring high quality output to the board/committee membersgt; Advanced skills abilities using MS Word awareness of Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio> Demonstrated ability to source results by partnering with a variety of stakeholders at senior levelsgt; Excellent communication skills both verbal itten e ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the Confidential, particularly Senior Managementgt; Aptitude exibility to meet key deadlines ioritise well under pressuregt;

Desirable

Experienced in paperless meeting platformsgt; Skilled across corporate affairs software systems, ideally Diligentgt;
