As an Audit Manager you will be responsible for conducting research ecuting fieldwork across assigned audit areas of the annual plan, to support assessment of the Bank-s approach to risk managementhis will include review of the adequacy propriateness of control environments across a diverse range of business units, group functions, tivities including operational risk, data, regulatory change, risk modelling, conduct edit risk, amongst othersp>

You will have good awareness of risk ntrol activities, preferably within the operational risk mpliance Confidential space, proven analytic mmunication skills, positive growth mindsetp>

About You

To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Technical capabilities:
Experience in delivering a risk-based internal audit methodology, or similar experience, such as external audit, assurance or Risk to high quality stsbr>Communication:
Good communication skills, drafting mmunicating key audit messages commendations effectively, as well as good listening terpreting skillsbr>Stakeholder Confidential:
Track record in building intaining effective relationships with stakeholdersood negotiating, influencing nflict Confidential skills including supporting change ercoming resistance to changebr>Culture:
You are a naturally curious ve a growth mindset, wanting to underst w things work as well as being aware ofsho w it fits into the bigger pictureonstantly delivers on assigned goals rives to better these goals despite obstacles, setbacks or uncertaintyositive, self-starter who takes accountability for assigned tasksbr>Data skills:
