The purpose of the Associate role is to assist the Research & Analysis team within the InstitutionalGroup "IPG" to complete the broader credit assessment function sure an optimal -well managed- portfoliohe role will provide exposure to a variety of IPG clients including listed listed Investment Trusts nds, as well as high net worth private groups across all aspects of theindustry including the Office, Industrial, Retail sidential sectorsPG typically has a large flow of new transactions, which provide an ideal environment for a banker to build velop their credit assessment skillsetr>
The primary activities of the role include:

Identifying naging risks inherent in the client-s capital nfidential structure, as well as financial results
Client/asset/project performance & risk evaluation & mitigation strategies
Prepare quality credit papers
Conduct financial analysis dustry research
Risk grade event Confidential
Liaise with clients edit on risk nancial performance related matters, including covenant compliance sk grade review events
Liaise with credit executives on an on-going basis
Deal documentation
Well Managed portfolio controls
Direct contact mmunication with clients


About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge perience in the following:

Strong experience in Banking/Financenowledge of a significant range of Confidential products rvices
Tertiary qualifications, preferably in Commerce, Business, Accounting or Economics
Experience in customer Confidential oad knowledge of processes oceduresbr>Ability to identify key business drivers tigate key risks ke recommendations where appropriatebr>Demonstrated financial analysis skills going beyond traditional accounting based analysisound credit skills with the ability to present a well-motivated risk assessment siness propositionbr>Sound communication skills rong underst of Confidential Office productsr>
