The Associate Portfolio Manager - Private Equity will be part of the team responsible for managing the private equity fund/co-investment portfolio ll also support the team responsible for managing the co-underwrite portfolio private equity co-investment portfolio has grown rapidly over the past 3 yearsong deal-flow is expected to continue as we deepen existing GP relationships d new GP relationships


Your new role


Reporting to the Head of External Private Equity you will be responsible for leading or supporting the investment going Confidential of Private Equity fund investments -investments, including applying a disciplined nsistent investment process, drawing on external advisers, coordinating the various internal activities eegal, tax erational risk gaging with GPsgt;


Key Duties

Work with the broader Private Equity team r adviser to identify a short-list of GPs
Contributing to the day-to-day relationship Confidential responsibilities for the incumbent ospective GPs, including building/strengthening strategic relationships
Leading commercial due diligence on funds -investments, including preparing investment recommendation reports
Supporting the commercial due diligence on co-underwrite transactions
Leading or supporting the day-to-day Confidential nitoring process of the Private Equity portfolio
Provide input into the Private Equity strategy, including researching investment issues/themesgt;

What you-ll need


The successful cte will have significant experience supporting private equity fund investments -investments coupled with highly developed people & relationship Confidential skillsaddition, you will also possess

Fundamental equity analysis skills
The ability to work collaboratively within a team
Superior written, oral communication esentation skills
The ability to plan, prioritise nage resources time, people, budget to achieve objectives
Superior tertiary qualification in a related field
