The Confidential People & Change Melbourne team is growing, are seeking to engage an exceptional cte with experience in Company Transformation to design ape the future Company for our clients, taking a data idence led approachp>

We are looking for a Manager who can help drive our continued delivery excellence as well as support growth of our public ivate sector client accountsp>

Successful ctes will have a proven track record in delivering Company Transformation solutions in consulting or have held relevant roles within industryhe Manager will be expected to work as part of the wider People & Change nfidential Consulting teams with a specific focus on:

Leading pporting teams including matrix rtual teams, to improve the way clients deliver Company Transformation - this will make up the majority of your time
Supporting bid sinessactivity, including responding to requests for tender, client presentations
Actively supporting our people through coaching team members ting as a PerformanceManager for one or more staff
Assist in theolution of methodologies tellectual capital including contributing to thought leadership owledge Confidential

Potential ctes will therefore have an experience owledge profile which includes:

Have demonstrable experience 2 - 5 years of Company Transformation in industry or as a Confidential consultantust have relevant experience evidenced by a demonstrable track record of shaping, planning livering Company transformationr>Proven technical capability in the design livery of the following:
Company Strategy - Delivering solutions to help underste current ture skills requirements to enable business objective
Company Shaping - Delivering solutions to help understd optimise the Company mix internal vs external, shape hierarchy ructures ze
Company Planning - Delivering solutions to help design bed strategic Company planning in a continuous way, across the entire Confidential, underpinned by scenario planning
Sourcing - Delivering solutions to help source talent in the most effective way through a variety of channels across Buy, Borrow, Build, Bind ts
Company Analytics - Delivering solutions to help improve ilise MI alytics to drive insights on people e organisational shape to drive better Company-decisions
Have strong advisory ient relationship skills;
Are a self-motivated individual who enjoys working in strong, collaborative team environments;
Proactively build intain strategic relationships with key internal ternal stakeholders
