This is your opportunity to join Confidential-s Valuation Services Group as an Associate Director in the Melbourne teamhe Valuation Services group provides technically robust mmercially focused valuations of equity bt instruments, business operations, tangible tangible assets ventory, both in the domestic obal marketplacese act for boards, Confidential, shareholders, investors, financiers ansaction counterparties who require valuations to underpin aluate strategic options, investment decisions porting requirementsp>

Your Opportunity

Having worked within Valuations or a similar corporate finance role previously, you will run end-to-end projects relating to:

Providing independent professional advice to boards, shareholders nfidential on shareholder value, deals keovers, including the preparation of independent expert reports
Determining the market value of a business or other asset
Determining the value of equity to be issued to new shareholders or partners
Valuing private equity/fund unlisted investments e infrastructure for financial reporting it pricing purposes
Undertaking valuations for tax purposes including tax consolidation
Providing valuations for accounting porting purposes including IFRS Purchase Price Allocation
Contributing to businessought leadership on topical issues ESG, -ups

As an ideal cte for this role you will be a commercial, intelligent silient team player with a strong work ethic oven Confidential backgroundr>You will have financial modelling ability rong report writing skills to compile sound mmercially focused reportsbr>You will be collaborative able to build trusted relationships at all levels, internally ternally, coach nage junior staff on multiple projectsr>A degree in Commerce or Finance professional accounting CA or CFA qualification
Eight years Valuations experience or experience in a similar Corporate Finance environment
