Your role as an Associate Director within the Financial Institutions Transaction Banking team will be responsible for managing, growing veloping a client portfolio consisting of primary condary banking customer relationshipsr>
The objective of the role is to drive positive advocacy ying decisions from clients within this portfolio by working with key senior stakeholders to leverage the business strategy, delivering on execution inclusive of trade opportunitiesr>
This portfolio requires strategic ctical Confidential, whilst also providing intellectual capital on the underlying industry segment aying relevant with regard to transaction banking developmentsbr>
You will also have the opportunity to contribute your skillsets to the wider Transaction Banking business as well as benefit from exposure by working in close co-ordination with colleagues in other geographies of the Worldbr>
About You
To grow successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Proven banking experience in Transaction Banking Sales or relationship Confidential preferably covering FI client segment with knowledge of the Insurance market, regulations quirements; Previous experience in Merchant acquiring with demonstrated industry knowledge; Good underst of Working Capital Confidential at both financial erational levels;
Solid strategic thinker siness acumen to enable discussions with senior customer representatives regarding Confidential initiated deals;
Strong research alytical skills to achieve deep customer underst velop customer specific service propositions;
Ability to identify future needs of clients through key questioning techniques;
Excellent professional presence ceptional presentation skills;
Excellent communication skills - both verbal itten in order to manage client expectations;
Proactive self-motivator with previous experience in sales & relationship Confidential;
Demonstrated ability to multi-task;
