Key Responsibilities

Work with the Profit Centre Manager to ensure the Project is scoped, designed livered in accordance with the business strategy, agreed vision profitability levelsbr>Support project delivery to ensure schedule, revenue st objectives are metbr>Assist with driving the sales rketing activities to achieve the business plan objectivesbr>Engagement nfidential of internal ternal stakeholders, including authoritiesbr>Assist with preparation intenance of financial models for current ospective projectsbr>Working with theManager to control nitorbudgets nancial reportingbr>Assist with monitoring progress on site, participate in site meetings nitor actions out of these meetingsbr>Work alongside theManager with implementation of Residential Sustainability Policy mmunity developmentbr>Procurement yment of consultants, contractors ppliersbr>Use your business acumen to monitor the market mpetitor activity to maintain competitivenessr>

About You

Degree qualified in a related discipline with prior relevant experience in planning,or constructionbr>Experience in lubdivision would be highly regarded
Ability to take initiative a self-starter is a must; this is an autonomous rolebr>Demonstrated experience in
achieving customer focused outcomesbr>Basic knowledge of procurement processes ntract administrationbr>Ability to ask the right questions to achieve desired outcomesbr>Developed stakeholder Confidential fluencing skillsbr>Resilience cellent communication skillsbr>Commercial acumenbr>Strong report writing skillsbr>Driving license essentialr>
