This customer facing role is responsible for driving growth in Confidential Asset Finance in Victoria-s regional business servicing Relationship Managers eir customers in Business Banking ecialist Distribution segments/p>

By developing productive relationships with customers ternal partners oactively offering solutions, products rvices to meet their needs, you will help grow the Confidential Asset Finance businessp>

In addition, you will deliver a compelling warding customer experience, maintaining tracting our most valuable customers within the segmentp>

It is enged that the successful applicant will have experience in a similar or related role within the Asset Finance industry/p>Contribute to Confidential Asset Finance income owth targets, et or exceed individual targets
Specialises in particular industry market through an intrinsic underst of industry specific customer needsbr>Extend excellent customer experience to customers within designated Confidential Banking segments, providing quality, timely ecise responses to clientsaintains composure under adversity able to manage multiple transactions concurrently
Build intain strong relationships within the entire Confidential frameworkbr>Operates within policy, regulatory gislative guidelinesr>

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Financial background with a strong underst of the Equipment Financing Industry evious customer service experience, supporting key relationship referral pointsbr>Excellent personal Confidential me Confidential skills, with the ability to coordinate workflow through prioritisation of tasks, diary Confidential, etcbility to use initiative & work autonomously in ensuring deadlines are metbr>Well developed verbal itten communication skills with demonstrated computer literacybr>Strong Product knowledge
Sales tworking experience with relationship building skills e ability to manage clientsbr>Demonstrated sales prospecting skills with a proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets/results
The ability to read terpret financial data to support Equipment financing credit applications

Desired Experience Profile

Three years- experience in the Equipment Finance industry or similar rolebr>Demonstrated sales prospecting skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets / results, ideally gained within the Banking or Equipment Finance industry
Demonstrated High Level influencing gotiation skills with matching written rbal communication skillsbr>Underst of specific client/industry segments, products stribution channels is desirablebr>Previous customer service experience, supporting key relationship referral pointsbr>Excellent personal Confidential me Confidential skills, with the ability to coordinate workflow through prioritisation of tasks, diary managementbr>Ability to use initiative & work autonomously in ensuring deadlines are met
