With offices based in Sydney CBD, this growing Financial Software Vendor are dedicated to ensuring their associates are provided with an environment geared towards the recognition of achievement, growth, safety and well-being. 

They are on the lookout for an experienced Web Application Support Analyst to join their friendly team, be a 2nd point of escalation and provide support to several thousand users in Australia, in the Finance Industry. 

As a Level 2 Web Application Support Analyst, you will be a point of escalation to helpdesk and be responsible for troubleshooting Level 2 IT issues across financial systems to several thousand users in Australia. Some of your key responsibilities will be:
Level 2 Application support across Financial software/applications Troubleshoot Web Application issues linked to IIS Server, databases, Web servers, etc in a Microsoft environment Actively participate in all solution mapping and requirement gathering sessions to determine Customer needs Support resolving disruptions of services Assist with the monitoring and maintenance of the system infrastructure Maintain ownership of all Incident records to completion Complete reporting requirements on schedule as agreed with Manager. Updating clients on progress during problem resolution Facilitate and conduct training sessions for users Ensure all activities follow controlled process and align with ITIL standards Maintain Knowledge base to facilitate prompt resolution of incidents
Provide feedback on continuous improvement of processes and procedures in order to enhance the current use of products or reduce incidents volume What's in it for you?

4+ years experience working as an Application Support Analyst in medium to large environments. Experience supporting business and financial applications in a professional environment  Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills on Web Applications Knowledge across IIS servers, databases and .NET Exposure to some industry wide toolsets such as JIRA, Confluence, Dynatrace, Pagerduty, etc Excellent Communication and documentation skills Outstanding customer service skills  If you're interested in the position, are available quickly and believe that your skill set is suited to the requirements then please put forward your application via the APPLY button.
