JOB DESCRIPTION

WorkPac require an Administration Assistant for a short term role based in the North Western Suburbs of Adelaide.
Duties will include
invoicing through a third party portal
sorting and invoicing jobs between 2 systems,
emailing out service reports to clients,
working with Pronto program is advantage
as well as CRM6 dynamics program,
filing duties when required
