This company specialising in services across a national Client base and contracts to Melbourne's most prestigious companies. This role is offering an opportunity to become a permanent position.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the end-to-end responsibilities of Accounts Payable.

Some typical duties will involve:

Maintain high level of customer serviceMaintain and process High Volume Supplier Transactions (P/O's, Invoice, Approvals)Maintain inbox queriesContribute to AP operations, time-frames, scheduling, processing payments, resolving supplier queries and coordinating disbursementsReconciliationsMaintain Vendor files and recordsMonth-end accruals & prepaymentsAssist with preparation of weekly reporting and month endAssist
other team members when required

Your Profile

To be successful you will have proven experience in a high volume Accounts Payable role, with a minimum of 2 year's experience. The following attributes will also be highly advantageous:
