Account Executive - Workers Comp

The Account Executive - Workers Compensation is responsible for leading livering quality Workplace Risk rkers compensation advice rvices to clients, including identifying new business opportunities for the company naging veloping key existing clientsp>

Reporting to the VIC State Manager, the primary focus of this role will be to provide an innovative exible approach to the National Risk State workers compensation program, recommending solutions rking with them to achieve sustainable improvements in their performancep>

The Role:

Managing clients- workplace risk programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
Supporting the Insurance Brokers as a technical expert in Workers- Compensationbr>Providing Outsourced Return to Work support services for a range of clientsbr>Liaising with insurers ients to ensure the preparation livery of renewal questionnaires, quote slips, client reports voice documents
Maintaining comprehensive client data date accordingly
Comparing renewal terms with previous year vise Account Director of any changes
Ensuring all client reports are reviewed prior to distribution to the client
Maximizing the revenue from the existing client base by continual analysis of client profitability ximisation of group facilities
Actively seek cure new business opportunities for Confidential WTW through cross selling of broader WTW service offerings
Adhering to all compliance siness processes

The Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in the Victorian workers compensation industry-
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office/Excel
Excellent report writing rrespondence skills
Proficient in the use of company systems as required
Strong verbal itten communication skills to provide clear explanations to clients when required
The ability to differentiate between the products available to our clients
Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of workers- compensation claims principles ocesses, w these vary by state
The ability to identify key policy/premium factors ovide support to the claims process
Demonstrates an awareness of the principles of risk managementbr>Demonstrated experience delivering accurate services on time to ensure service ality sts are met
