Requirements:
- • The Business Builder/Head of Operations Mission
- • Proven track record of growing and building businesses from start up to 50+ employees
- • Experience in fast paced organizations
- • A++ player mentality
- • Goal of growing revenue from $75 million to $100 million by December 31st 2025
- • Goal of growing managed practice transitions to $500 million by year 6
- • Ability to generate 500 qualified conversations with Practice Owners per quarter
- • Experience building growth teams
- • Ability to execute in multiple markets
- • Skilled in generating referrals from centers of influence
- • Cultivating centers of influence
- • Previous experience in social contribution initiatives
Responsibilities:
- • Build companys growth and operations into a world-class unit
- • Execute growth strategy effectively, efficiently, and scalably
- • Free the CEO from long-term and day-to-day responsibilities
- • Position can be 30-40 hours a week
- • Meetings will be around 3pm-7pm Sydney time
