Requirements:
- • Strong communication and presentation skills
- • Be technically minded, and motivated to learn and master new products and services
- • Ability to break down products and offer use case demonstrations
- • Ability to work with business requirements, and turn them into multi- Product demonstrations
- • Understand business landscapes across a variety of industries
- • 1- 5 years experience in SaaS, sales or a technical/product implementation role
Responsibilities:
- • Work with Account Managers and the Sales Management team to solve prospects requirements pre- Ale
- • Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand pain points and deliver innovative solutions
- • Demonstrate how Zoho's technology can support business requirements
- • Conduct workshops and training sessions, both face- To- Face and online
- • Develop and enhance relationships with customers and solutions partners
- • Provide valuable feedback to product teams
- • Help develop and further establish Zoho in the Australian market
- • Leverage your technical skills to provide strategic and innovative demonstrations
