  Kapitol Painting Group is an established painting and decorating company specializing in commercial, industrial, and residential painting. We have over 20 years' experience in the building and construction industry. We offer a range of services, and we are looking for an experienced Painter to work on a full-time basis to join our team of professionals immediately.
• • Your daily responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• • Read blueprints/instructions and examine surfaces to determine the kind and amount of work necessary.
• • Make on-site preparations such as building scaffolding, covering fixtures, etc.
• • Prepare walls and other surfaces for painting by scraping, using sandpaper, removing old paint, etc.
• • Apply paint to walls and structures and protect surrounding areas.
• • Make assessments on paint color, mix and match pigments using multiple techniques and tools.
• • Remove previous paint using a number of methods to prepare surfaces.
• • Use different tools and brushes to apply paints with attention to details.
• • Support other team members to ensure completion of projects on time and according to specifications.
• • Work on residential and commercial work projects.
• • Understand and comply with industry safety and environmental policies and procedures.
