Requirements:

About Us: Regalo Cleaning Pty Ltd is a cleaning service based in Sydney. We offer comprehensive solutions for residential, commercial and strata buildings. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional cleaning experiences through our highly educated and fully trained team of Cleaners.

  • • Bachelor's degree in business administration, information management or a related field
  • • At least 2 years of relevant work experience
  • • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data and information effectively
  • • Highly organised and detail oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • • Analyse, organise and manage various types of information and data from various sources to produce intelligence on customer preferences, sales trends, competitive landscape, etc.
  • • Apply mathematical and statistical principles to analyse data related to cleaning performance, workforce management, sales metrics, etc. to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • • Analyse data to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation in service offerings, such as introducing eco-friendly cleaning solutions or leveraging technology for improved service delivery.
  • • Provide advice to support business growth and opportunities, including identifying new target markets or service areas based on demographic trends, recommending pricing policies to maximise profitability or suggesting diversification plans to expand service offerings.
  • • Develop standardised report templates and organise the analysed data into clear and concise weekly, quarterly and annual reports, highlighting actionable insights.
  • • Review economic data related to market trends, customer spending patterns and industry benchmarks to inform strategic decision-making and business planning.
  • • Develop and maintain information keeping services, including databases and document management systems, to facilitate collection and processing of information and data.
  • • Provide insights and advice for improving business policies and methods, including cleaning processes, resource allocation and service quality, based on the findings of the analysis.
  • • Study organisational structure and analyse data related to workforce management and employee performance to identify organisational problems and recommend solutions for greater efficiency and employee satisfaction.
  • • Provide guidance on implementing organisational changes, such as restructuring teams or implementing new processes, to address identified problems and improve overall organisational effectiveness.
  • • Advise on policies and procedures to mitigate operational risks and ensure regulatory compliance, including establishing protocols for reporting and addressing safety incidents and conducting regular audits to monitor compliance with regulations.

Benefits:

Salary: $70,000-$80,000
