Requirements:
- • Relevant qualification
- • At least two years of experience in a similar role
- • Fast learner and can quickly apply new knowledge and techniques
- • Familiarity with accounting procedures
- • Excellent writing skills
- • Keen attention to detail, with an ability to identify errors
- • Strong analytical and organisational skills
Responsibilities:
- • Prepare, interpret, maintain, review and negotiate contracts on behalf of the company
- • Follow up with clients and resolve problems in different contracts and services provided
- • Work with senior managers to achieve the desired outcomes and goals of the contracts
- • Process customer cancellations when required
- • Record all cancellation feedback and issues in a constructive manner to improve customer service
- • Manage paperwork associated with contracts, programmes, projects and services provided
- • Work with project managers to achieve company goals
- • Advise and provide feedback to senior management
- • Monitor and report the work provided by contractors
- • Submit reports concerning the organisation's activities
- • Analyse processes undertaken on projects and report project outcomes
- • Collect and analyse data
